Leveraging neuroscience, we deliver a turbocharged, high performance, self-learning AI.
Brains are the only proven example of intelligence, and we have created a digital model that allows us to extract their biological properties. We use these insights to develop custom high-performance AI components which we apply to improve existing deep learning models.

Our developers work in agile product teams. They collaborate very closely with ML engineers and have the opportunity to learn more about AI and data management. We support developer's growth along a 4 step career path. And, we are always looking for tech people who enjoy interacting with clients and want to branch out into more business related functions.
At INAIT, everybody has 2 hours of self-directed learning per week at their disposal. In addition, individual trainings are possible.
Do you prefer always writing your own software for everything or use frameworks if they fit?
Of course we use existing framework that are fit for purpose. But since we are really cutting edge, we also develop a lot ourselves.

How diverse are your teams? What is the typical team size and structure?
We work in agile product teams. The teams are set up to function autonomously and are composed of researchers, software and devops engineers, where pertinent also business people. They range between 4-8 people.
Do you offer any helpful initiatives for parents with young children?
We understand that employees come with family and are very open to support their needs.
What is your remote work policy?
Hybrid, very flexible.
