What are your key values and what are some daily work examples of them?
We have three core values at Inyova

How diverse are your teams? What is the typical team size and structure?
Alone within the Developer-team we speak 10 languages and people from more than 25 countries are working! We are also proud that we manage to have a very close to 50/50 gender balance within our team (this means also just within the developer team).
What is your remote work policy?
We enjoy collaborating together in person and going for a drink after work. However, we are completely flexible and you can come to the office as much as you like, as well work 100% remote if you prefer.
Do you have some in-house tech workshops or hackathons? Is there an educational budget?
Yes. At the Summer & Winter Retreat we organize some Team Building Events to help you improve, which is one of our main goals - seeing everyone growing! :)

💼 How does the interview process at Inyova look like?
- Usually, we start with a 30min intro call to tell you a bit about Inyova and to get to know you better.
- The second step is a longer interview consisting of technical questions assessing your skill level, as well a home assignment to showcase your skills.
- As a final step we’d like for you to meet the Co-Founder, then go through a Personal Experience Interview (PEI), and lastly Speed Dating format (you will meet 3 random people from various teams and just have a brief chat and you can ask any questions about the life at Inyova.)
