How diverse are your teams? What is the typical team size and structure?
We have 3 offices - Zurich, Belgrade, and Krusevac.
Our Start-up in a Box® teams are self-organized, interdisciplinary units that act autonomously within 3ap. 3ap is like a container full of disciplines, tools, and methods to them. They can pull in resources from 3ap whenever they decide a certain skill set or role is needed during a specific project phase. In the end, the client gets the full power of 3ap.
Each team consists of Developers, Start-up in a Box Champion, UI/UX Designer, and New Venture Partner.
The Start-up in a Box® Champion who leads the team is a flexible blend of different roles which change fluidly depending on the project state (wherever they are along the way from building the “right things” to building “things right”) — and with it, the applied disciplines, tools, and skills also change.

Young fathers have 4 weeks of paid paternity leave.

Once per year, we organize our internal 3apedia conference and hackathon. -hack2days.
3apedia is our internal event, where we share knowledge, exchange ideas, and inspire each other.
It features a wide range of presentations, workshops, and creative activities designed specifically for this occasion - for 3apeers by 3apeers. It is a perfect combination of educational value and community engagement.
