Do you prefer always writing your own software for everything or use frameworks if they fit?
You don't always have to reinvent the wheel. But if we use third-party frameworks, we want to make sure it aligns with our quality standards and brings as little risk as possible.
This approach allows us to maintain a good balance between efficiency and innovation and allows us to focus on solving unique challenges.

Currently, we have no employees with (human) children, but our approach to work is adaptable, ensuring that we accommodate the diverse needs of all team members as our family at Synerma grows.

If you do Agile - how is your agile process & release cycle? How much coding vs meetings/planning?
We follow a flexible Agile process, prioritizing coding while keeping meetings short and productive. Our aim is to ensure rapid delivery without sacrificing quality or team collaboration.
So don't worry, we keep the meetings to a minimum so you can actually write code and build amazing software - this is where our passion is rooted.
