Solution Architect - Zug

- Assist Product Managers and Segment Experts in the design, scope, and governance of total solutions involving several product lines and third-party products. - Provide input into future solution functionality, implementation methodology, and configuration standards. - Analyze requirements and design solutions to address customer business scenarios within the product scope. - Write solution-oriented documentation for internal and external use. - Produce a technical specification for custom development and systems integration requirements. - Provide current best practices and third-party solution alternatives as part of the functional design document. - Analyze and resolve problems, implementing proper solutions to reduce future issues. - Oversee aspects of product life cycle from initial kickoff through requirements analysis, design, implementation, and exit phases. - Communicate effectively between different teams, including technical and non-technical groups. - Coordinate and collaborate with sales and customer implementation teams and Ascom deployment teams to ensure successful delivery. - Analyze customer site analysis and process requirements as a basis to propose solutions from the Ascom portfolio.
