Requirements
Must:
5+ years of experience building frontend applications using modern JavaScript/TypeScript
Strong hands-on experience with React
Proven experience developing mobile apps with React Native
A strong eye for design fidelity and seamless user experience
Eagerness to learn, grow, and support others
Comfortable in agile workflows and a fast-paced environment
Clear communicator who thrives in team settings
Bonus: Experience with backend development (REST APIs, databases like PostgreSQL or MongoDB)
Bonus: Prior experience as a tech lead or in technical management
Responsibilities
Develop new product features across both frontend and backend stacks
Help refine product specifications and clarify technical requirements
Estimate effort, identify dependencies, and assist in planning future work
Deliver high-quality code with attention to maintainability and performance
Participate in code reviews and pair programming
Share progress with stakeholders and contribute to a transparent development process
Support teammates with technical challenges and mentorship
Document approaches, decisions, and technical insights for the team
