Requirements
Must:
â˘â â Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
â˘â â 2+ year of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript).
â˘â â Demonstrated software engineer experience via an internship, work experience, coding competitions, or widely used contributions in open source repositories (e.g. GitHub.)
â˘â â Interpersonal experience: cross-group and cross-functional collaboration.
â˘â â â EU/EFTA citizen or Swiss Work Permit.
Nice to have:
â˘â â Experience building maintainable and testable code bases, including API design and unit testing techniques. â˘â â Experience with cloud services such as AWS (preferred), Google Cloud, or Azure. â˘â â 1+ years of experience identifying, designing and completing medium to large features independently without guidance. â˘â â 3+ years of industry or experience as full-stack software engineer. â˘â â Experience building and shipping high quality work and achieving high reliability.Responsibilities
â˘â â Full stack web/mobile application development with a variety of coding languages.
â˘â â Complete medium to large features (each with multiple tasks) independently with limited guidance.
â˘â â Work closely with operations and infrastructure to build and scale back-end services.
â˘â â Proactively identify and drive changes as needed for assigned codebase and product area.
