2 years experience with machine learning & statistical analysis methods.
Strong Interest in the Cryptocurrency and especially DeFi space.
Background in finance or computer/data science with deep understanding of financial markets.
Entrepreneurial mindset, be independent and be flexible.
Required Software skills to independently implement models.
Skills in Solidity would be considered a strong asset.
Knowledge of database software tools, quantitative analysis and data visualization.
Ability to find and clean data with respect to opaque markets.

Job Summary: We are offering a Sr. ML/AI Specialist for a person with strong Data Science and Machine Learning skills who can perform deep quantitative analysis that informs capital deployment decisions and investment strategies furthers, as well as our research into topics such as risk-management, portfolio optimisation and market analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing, compiling, cleaning, and analyzing data across a range of markets.
Build and develop Models to identify trends and patterns.
Research and implement ML based aproaches to DeFi strategies.
Demonstrating findings to the investment team through thoughtful data visualization.
Taylor traditional portfolio optimisation methods to a DeFi yielding book.
Participate in the discussions of the investment committee about capital allocation decisions.
Work closely with the Software team to automate data collection and analysis processes.
