Requirements
Must:
- Hochschulabschluss in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mindestens 3-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Data Engineer oder Software Engineer mit Fokus auf Datenverarbeitung
- Sehr gute Programmierkenntnisse in Python
- Kenntnisse in Big Data- und verteilten Systemen wie Spark, Kafka, Flink, und Trino
- Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Optimierung von Datenpipelines (Batch und Streaming) mit Technologien wie Airflow, Meltano oder NiFi
- Erfahrung mit Cloud-Technologien, idealerweise in mehr als einer Plattform (Azure, AWS, GCP, Cloudera) und sowohl On-Prem- als auch Cloud-Umgebungen
- Starke analytische Fähigkeiten, Problemlösungskompetenz und eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations-, Teamfähigkeiten und Stakeholder Management Skills
Bereitschaft, vor Ort beim Kunden zu arbeiten
- Sehr gute Deutsch- (C2) und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Französisch von Vorteil
Nice to have:
- Erfahrung in der Beratung und im Umgang mit Kundenprojekten - Kenntnisse im Bereich Data Governance, Compliance und regulatorischen Anforderungen - Erfahrung mit Container- und Orchestrierungstechnologien wie OpenShift, Kubernetes oder Docker - Software-Engineering-Hintergrund, Erfahrung mit weiteren Sprachen wie Java, Scala sind ein Plus

Responsibilities
- Du bist für das Design, die Implementierung und Optimierung von Datenarchitekturen, Pipelines und Data Products zur Sicherstellung effizienter Analyse- und Transformationsprozesse zuständig.
- Du wendest Ingestion Patterns und Best Practices in der Datenverarbeitung erfolgreich an.
- Du verantwortest die technische Qualität, Implementierung und Optimierung von Testing-Strategien für Datenpipelines und -modelle.
- Du bist zuständig für das Stakeholder-Management und die Kommunikation von Risiken, Herausforderungen und Lösungsansätzen.
- Du arbeitest eng mit unseren Kunden hinsichtlich Anforderungsanalyse und technischer Umsetzung zusammen.
- Du schulst und befähigst unsere Kunden-Teams zur effektiven Nutzung der entwickelten Lösungen.
- Du stellst eine umfassende Dokumentation und den Wissenstransfer innerhalb des Teams sicher.
- Du leistest einen wertvollen Beitrag zur Weiterentwicklung unseres internen Frameworks und der Verbesserung der Projektstandards und Best Practices.
