Requirements

Must:
β€’ Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field β€’ At least 3 years of professional experience β€’ Proficiency in eCAD tools, preferably Altium β€’ Familiarity with design control processes within highly regulated fields, ideally the medical sector β€’ Experience with product lifecycle and change management β€’ Strong knowledge of electronics manufacturing, assembly processes and test methodologies β€’ Demonstrated ability to work independently and effectively under tight deadlines β€’ Team oriented mindset with excellent communication and collaboration skills

β€’ Provide product care and hardware improvements for existing products through continuous refinement and the introduction of innovative technology solutions β€’ Coordinate and manage suppliers of third-party electronics manufacturers, ensuring product quality and compliance β€’ Lead obsolescence management activities with external electronics partners to maintain production continuity β€’ Take ownership of electronics designs including schematics, PCB layout creation, and associated data management β€’ Ensure documentation accuracy and maintain compliance with internal and regulatory quality systems
