Full-Stack Embedded Engineer (senior)

The first building block for our vision is to bridge the digital divide between the possibilities of the digital world and people who can't/don't want to use a smartphone. In the last six years, we developed CARU care - a digital flatmate that provides access to digital services via voice. How we work: Our software engineers are part of a small, distributed team of dedicated crafts(wo)men. We already have team members located in Switzerland and Italy. Because of our small team size, we heavily rely on automation. We fully embrace continuous integration and strive to achieve continuous delivery. We give our engineers the autonomy they need by letting them organize themselves during our four-week sprints. At the same time, we encourage techniques like (remote) pair programming and code reviews.
