Requirements
Must:
7–10 years in product design, including 3+ years in leadership.
Experience in fintech, remittances, or emerging markets is strongly preferred.
Strong portfolio showing end-to-end design execution and systems thinking.
Skilled communicator and team builder, comfortable with async remote work.
Deep empathy for diverse, global user bases.
Responsibilities
Own and drive the design vision across mobile, web, and internal tools.
Build and lead a high-performing, distributed design team.
Turn user insights—especially from remittance users in the Middle East—into inclusive, intuitive experiences.
Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and compliance to ensure alignment with business and regulatory goals.
Establish scalable design systems that support rapid iteration and consistency.
