Requirements
Must:
3+ years in quantitative or systematic trading
Strong understanding of hedging, inventory risk, and capital efficiency
Proficiency in Python (and/or Rust)
Nice to have:
Experience with protocol-aligned trading or LP vaults Familiarity with on-chain + CEX delta-neutral strategies Knowledge of high-performance EVM chainsResponsibilities
Develop and run delta-neutral market making strategies
Manage capital, risk, and inventory across trading vaults
Adjust quotes and spreads in response to market conditions
Analyze performance metrics and optimize strategy behavior
Collaborate with engineers to integrate trading logic
