Requirements
Must:
Ideally 10 years (minimu 5 years) of ServiceNow experience, including automation and portal development.
Proficient in domain separation, service instantiation, and data model customization in ServiceNow.
Strong knowledge of object-oriented design principles.
Flexible, self-driven, and able to adapt quickly in dynamic project settings.
Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken); proficiency in German or French is a strong plus.

Responsibilities
Adapt and extend data models within ServiceNow, with strong focus on domain separation and cross-domain reuse.
Design and implement service automation processes, including integration of external frameworks and data sources.
Build dynamic service portals aligned with business portfolios and UX designs.
Develop custom dashboards and reporting tools, especially for billing, usage, and monitoring.
Collaborate across teams to ensure scalable, object-oriented solutions that follow agile delivery principles.
