Requirements
Must:
- Fachliche Qualifikationen:
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Web-Konzeption, Website-Entwicklung,
UX/Customer Experience oder Digital Business.
- Vertraut mit Web-Technologien, CMS-Systemen und Web-Grundlagen (kein
Entwickler-Niveau nötig, aber technisch sattelfest).
- Erfahrung im Ableiten von Business-Mehrwert und KPIs für Websites.
- Praxis in Web-Analytics und Tracking
-Gutes Verständnis von Website-Architektur, CMS-Funktionsweisen und
Schnittstellen.
- Fliessende Deutschkenntnisse (starkes B2 / C1)
Responsibilities
-Analyse und Optimierung des bestehenden Webauftritts aus Kunden- und Business-Sicht
-Entwicklung von Konzepten für Struktur, Inhalte, Funktionen und User Journeys mit Mehrwert
-Identifikation von Kundenbedürfnissen und Testing zur Steigerung von Relevanz, Nutzung und Conversion
-Einbringung von Trends und Best Practices zur innovativen Weiterentwicklung der Website
-Nutzung von Web-Analytics und sauberes Tracking zur datenbasierten Entscheidungsfindung

Description
Der Web Experience Specialist stellt sicher, dass die Website des Kunden fachlich, technisch und inhaltlich weiterentwickelt wird. Die Rolle verbindet Fachwissen in Web-Technologien mit Business-Verständnis und datenbasierter Optimierung. Dauer: 3 Monate, mit Aussicht auf Verlängerung Pensum: 80% - 100% Start: per sofort
