Requirements
Must:
Strong quantitative skills: Python, SQL, Excel.
Hands-on experience with DeFi protocols (lending, perpetuals, stablecoins) across EVM or Solana.
Knowledge of risk frameworks
Excellent communication for clear documentation and cross-team collaboration.
Comfortable making decisions under uncertainty and evolving complex systems.
Regular use of AI tools to augment analysis and workflows.
Nice to have:
Experience in on-chain governance or crypto policy design. Background in traditional finance risk (asset management, ALM, hedge funds). Multi-chain DeFi experience, especially Solana.Responsibilities
Develop capital and liquidity models for lending markets and real-world assets.
Convert qualitative and operational risks into actionable, quantitative parameters.
Run stress tests, scenario analyses, and monitoring dashboards.
Collaborate with engineers, risk partners, and stakeholders to codify frameworks into governance tools.
Track allocations and refine models based on real-world outcomes.
