Requirements
Must:
- Ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Digital Business, Marketing oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung und mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung als Product Owner, E-Commerce Manager oder Projektleiter im digitalen Umfeld
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse – du verfasst User Stories und kommunizierst mit externen Partnern souverän auf Englisch
- Erfahrung mit agilen Methoden (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) und Tools wie Jira
Responsibilities
- Du ĂĽbernimmst die fachliche Verantwortung fĂĽr unsere E-Business-Plattform und gestaltest aktiv die Customer Journey
- Du ĂĽbersetzt Business-Anforderungen in klare User Stories und priorisierst, was wirklich Mehrwert schafft
- Gemeinsam mit interdisziplinären Teams treibst du neue Features und Optimierungen voran – von der Idee bis zum Release
- Du hast KPIs und Conversion Rates im Blick und nutzt Daten, um unsere Plattform immer besser zu machen
- Du hältst alle Fäden in der Hand – von Sprintplanung bis zur Abstimmung mit IT, UX, Marketing und externen Partnern
