Senior Linux Server / Client Engineer Consultant

At least 5 years of professional experience in engineering, operating, and supporting Linux servers and clients, ideally with Ubuntu and Debian Solid experience operating virtualized development environments (Linux and Windows), preferably in VMware-based infrastructures Strong understanding of modern infrastructure components such as virtualization, backup systems, and basic networking Experience with Windows developer clients (for example Chocolatey for Business, application packaging, scripting) Strong scripting and automation skills in one or more languages such as Bash, Python, Go, or Java Practical experience with DevOps methods and CI/CD pipelines Background in software development or strong technical affinity with development teams and workflows Structured, precise working style with a strong focus on quality and continuous improvement Excellent communication skills, team spirit, conflict-resolution ability, and a proactive mindset High level of ownership, responsibility, and solution-oriented thinking German: good spoken and written / English: good spoken and written
