Requirements
Must:
• 15+ years in marketing leadership within fintech or digital banking
• Proven success at top-tier players (e.g. Stripe, Revolut, Wise, Qonto, Mollie, or similar)
• Deep experience in regulated financial services and B2B payments
• Skilled in brand building, customer growth, and go-to-market execution
• Fluent in English; German a strong plus
