Requirements
Must:
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Marketing, Kommunikation oder Brand Management (ca. 8+ Jahre)
• Disziplinarische Führungserfahrung (min. 2–3 Jahre)
• Erfahrung mit CRM-Systemen sowie modernen Marketingtools
• Gute Kenntnisse in Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing
• Erfahrung in komplexen oder regulierten Branchen von Vorteil
• Muttersprache Deutsch mit sehr gutem Sprachgefühl
Nice to have:
• Wir suchen primär KandidatInnen aus den Bereichen Digital Health und/oder SaaS • Französischkenntnisse sind ein PlusResponsibilities
• Entwicklung und Umsetzung der Marketing- und Kommunikationsstrategie
• Planung und Umsetzung von Go-to-Market-Strategien für neue Produkte
• Steuerung der Marketingkanäle (Website, digitale Kampagnen, PR, Lead Generation)
• Weiterentwicklung von CRM, Marketing Automation und datengetriebenem Marketing
• Begleitung von Transformations- und Change-Projekten
• Ansprechpartner für Medien sowie Unterstützung der Geschäftsleitung bei Kommunikationsfragen
• Reporting an Management und Stakeholder
• Führung und Weiterentwicklung eines Marketingteams (ca. 5 Personen)
