Requirements
Must:
• Bachelor or Master in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Machine Learning or Data Science.
• Strong interest and/or hands-on experience working with large language models.
• Practical experience with Machine Learning, cloud technologies (e.g., GCP, AWS, Azure), and modern architectures.
• An agile mindset paired with a startup mentality, including the ability to adapt, explore the unknown, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts for diverse audiences.
• Language skills: English is a must
Nice to have:
• Experience with Document Processing is a plus. • (Optional) Industry knowledge in insurance or experience in customer-facing product development. • GermanResponsibilities
• Develop and implement cutting-edge proofs of concept in Computer Vision.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.
• Work in an agile environment, focusing on rapid prototyping and exploratory work.
• Conceptualize and implement data-driven solutions using modern cloud technologies.
• Analyze and optimize existing models and processes to improve efficiency and performance.
• Present findings and prototypes to internal and external stakeholders.
