Requirements
Must:
- 6+ Jahre Erfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung
- Tiefgehende Kenntnisse in Django sowie solide Erfahrung mit React
- Ausgeprägte Eigenverantwortung und die Fähigkeit, selbstständig zu arbeiten
- Offenheit für AI-unterstützte Entwicklung, z. B. mit modernen Tools zur Code-Generierung oder Analyse
- Wohnsitz in der Schweiz mit Arbeitserlaubnis und sehr guten Deutschkenntnissen
Nice to have:
- Erfahrung mit AI, LLMs oder Natural Language Understanding (NLU) - Kenntnisse in TypeScript, PostgreSQL, Celery, Kubernetes - Erfahrung mit IT-Security, Monitoring oder E-Mail-Systemen - Erfahrung mit CI/CD, insbesondere mit ArgoCD und GitOps-WorkflowsResponsibilities
- Einbringen und Umsetzen von AI-Ideen in unsere bestehenden Services
- (Mit-)Verantwortung für die Backend-Entwicklung mit Django und Django Rest Framework
- Umsetzung neuer Features End-to-End – vom Backend über das Frontend bis zum produktiven Betrieb
- Entwicklung neuer Python-basierter Applikationen rund um E-Mail-Security
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Gründern und dem Product-Team
- Mitwirkung bei technischen Architekturentscheiden und Einhaltung von Security Best Practices
- Optional: Migration und Weiterentwicklung unseres neuen React-Frontends (bestehendes Vue wird abgelöst)
- Optional: Mentoring von Junior-Entwickler:innen
