Requirements
Must:
- 8+ years of software development experience
- Deep Django expertise + strong experience in React
- Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently
- Fluent in English and/or German
- Must live in Switzerland and be eligible to work here
Nice to have:
- German is a strong plus - Experience with security, monitoring, or email systems - Technologies like AI, LLM, NLU, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, Celery, Kubernetes, CI/CD, ArgoCD, GitOpsResponsibilities
- (co-)Lead the backend development using Django/DRF
- Develop features from back to frontend and from development to production
- Collaborate directly with our founders and product team
- Contribute to architectural decisions and security best practices
- Migrate and help grow the new React-based frontend (Vue will be deprecated)
- Optionally mentor junior developers
