About the role: WellD is partnering with a leading non-profit organization based in Ticino, Switzerland, to support their digital transformation and operational efficiency through the recruitment of an experienced IT Manager. This organization plays a vital role in the local community and offers a purpose-driven environment where technology serves people first. With over 350 employees and a network of 300 external collaborators and volunteers, it delivers essential healthcare and social support services guided by principles of neutrality, humanity, and inclusion. We are looking for an IT Manager to take the lead in overseeing the organization’s IT infrastructure, operations, and vendor relationships. This is a hands-on role with strategic responsibilities that include IT security, compliance, and user support. The ideal candidate has experience managing MDM platforms, coordinating hardware/software suppliers, and maintaining secure, cloud-connected networks across distributed locations.
