Requirements
Must:
- Experience: minimum of 3 years as a Business Analyst, ideally in the insurance sector.
- Education: higher education degree (EPF, HES, HEC, UNI or equivalent) in engineering or a related field.
- Technical skills: good understanding of IT architectures, frontend development, and APIs.
- Methodologies & tools: mastery of Jira and Confluence, proven experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Languages: French C1, English B2 (German is a real plus).
Responsibilities
- Analyzing and challenging the business needs gathered by the PO and formalizing them into requirements (user stories).
- Co-building technical and functional solutions with developers and architects.
- Evaluating effort and prioritizing based on business value.
- Documenting and modeling (UML, BPMN) to share a common vision of the systems.
- Testing and validating (functional tests, production follow-up).
- Contributing to agile ceremonies and project management.
