Requirements
Must:
- Apprenticeship diploma or equivalent or higher qualification (ES) in IT
- Bachelors degree or equivalent in a related field
- Minimum of one year of experience in systems and infrastructure management (systems and networks)
- Proficiency in Windows Server and Linux environments
- Knowledge of VMware tools, Hyper-V, messaging systems, and RDS architectures
- Fluency in French with strong communication skills
- Curiosity and strong capabilities in new technologies
- Analytical skills to tackle challenges and apply skills to projects
Responsibilities
- Manage clients environments as a technical contact
- Provide Level 1 & 2 technical support within our team
- Maintain client infrastructures with on-site interventions in Vaud, Geneva, NeuchΓ’tel, and Bienne
- Develop and maintain SyselCloud infrastructures including system equipment, networks, security, and data storage
- Participate in project management for internal projects
