Requirements
Must:
• Fluency in both French and English.
• Bachelor of Science from EPFL or HES, with at least 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong command of Excel/VBA, Python programming, and the Tableau / Tableau Prep environment.
• Ability to integrate APIs (OpenAI, Gemini), automate data extraction via web scraping and basic knowledge of web frameworks (React, Vue, or Flask/Django).
• Strong appreciation for user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design, with an eye for clarity, usability, and visual harmony.
• Basic server administration knowledge and M365 Admin management.
• Fully autonomous in project management, with a problem-solving mindset and a strong ability to learn new technologies.
• Curiosity for technological innovation and rigor in ensuring the reliability of existing tools.
Responsibilities
• Lead the development of the new version of our online platform.
• Maintain existing Excel/VBA tools and plan their migration to Python.
• Design and optimize dashboards using the Tableau ecosystem (Desktop, Server, Prep).
• Develop internal microservices or web applications leveraging generative AI.
• Provide first-level IT support and administer the Microsoft 365 environment.
• Build data pipelines and ensure communication between software systems via APIs.
