Requirements
Must:
- Diplôme décole secondaire
- Fort intérêt pour la technique et linformatique (connaissances de base un atout)
- Intérêt réel pour la profession et envie de tinvestir
- Curieux-se, tu cherches activement Ă apprendre et tu as un bon esprit dinitiative
- Tu communiques avec respect et poses des questions quand tu en as
- Tu aimes travailler en Ă©quipe avec un bon sens de la collaboration
- Français courant et bonnes connaissances en anglais

Responsibilities
- Assurer le support informatique aux utilisateurs (dépannage, suivi dincidents, entretien/installation/remplacement du matériel informatique, inventaire, etc.)
- Installer, configurer, développer et surveiller le réseau et son exploitation
- Mettre en œuvre, gérer et assurer la maintenance et la sécurité des systèmes de serveurs et de leurs services
- Réaliser des documents et schémas dinfrastructure
- Participer à divers projets (tels que notre Lab informatique dédié aux apprentis)

Nous recherchons un apprenti qui soutiendra nos équipes en garantissant le bon fonctionnement de nos outils et systèmes informatiques. Ce poste est basé à Genève et représente une opportunité dapprentissage sur une durée de 4 ans dans un environnement bienveillant. Nous offrons un cadre où transmettre notre savoir-faire aux talents de demain est une priorité. Des moments conviviaux sont organisés pour favoriser la cohésion et un solide réseau dès le début du parcours. Cette expérience te fournira une base solide pour ton avenir professionnel.
