Requirements
Must:
Bachelor’s+ in a quantitative field.
Strong Python skills and experience with large financial datasets.
Solid knowledge of statistics, probability, and time series analysis.
Self-directed with a bias for rapid iteration.
Interest in DeFi and market microstructure.
Nice to have:
Experience in crypto quant trading or research, familiarity with C++/Rust, smart contracts, and exposure to high-frequency strategies or EVM-compatible chains.Responsibilities
Build and refine trading models targeting on-chain perpetuals markets.
Develop short-term signals with millisecond-to-minute horizons.
Conduct research and backtesting to improve strategy robustness.
Analyze orderbook and transaction-level data to find market inefficiencies.
Simulate LP vault behaviors and market structure.
Work closely with protocol and smart contract engineers.
Maintain and improve Python-based research tools.
