Requirements
Must:
Experience with Windows and macOS administration.
Basic knowledge of Linux systems (Ubuntu, CentOS, Fedora, etc.).
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with Active Directory, Office 365, and enterprise software management.
Nice to have:
Networking knowledge (Wi-Fi, VPNs, firewalls, DHCP, DNS). Experience with automation and scripting.Responsibilities
Provide IT support, handling both basic and advanced technical issues.
Maintain and troubleshoot Windows, macOS, and Linux desktop environments.
Deploy updates and manage enterprise software (O365, AD, Email, MDM, etc.).
Diagnose and document IT infrastructure issues, escalating when needed.
