Requirements
Must:
• 6+ years of hands-on Java development experience
• 3+ years building full-stack, multi-channel digital products
• Experience with ReactJS and modern front-end ecosystems
• Strong experience with scalable microservices architectures (Kubernetes environments)
Nice to have:
• Exposure to NodeJS or mobile technologies (React Native, Swift, Kotlin) • Solid understanding of web standards, performance, and security best practices • Experience owning delivery from design to production support • Experience in white-labeled or multi-tenant platforms • Background in secure, high-availability digital systemsResponsibilities
• Contribute to and influence system architecture and technical direction
• Lead delivery within a cross-functional squad
• Design and build secure, scalable, and maintainable systems
• Drive full lifecycle development
• Promote strong engineering standards and best practices
