Requirements
Must:
- MSc or PhD in Mechanical Engineering (or similar)
- 5+ years in high-precision mechanical design
- Expert SolidWorks CAD skills
- Strong GD&T and tolerance stack-up experience
- Solid background in DFM/DFA
- Fluent English communication
- Bonus: experience with liquid-cooling, microfluidics, brazing, or advanced bonding

Responsibilities
Weβre looking for a Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead precision mechanical design for high-density, liquid-cooled hardware. This role involves taking products from concept to production, with a strong focus on mechanical integrity, manufacturability, and robust engineering principles. In this role, you will:
- Design high-precision mechanical assemblies, fixtures, and cold plates
- Perform GD&T and advanced tolerance analysis
- Produce production-ready CAD (SolidWorks) and technical drawings
- Oversee prototyping and manufacturing with strong DFM/DFA principles
- Develop and execute mechanical and reliability validation tests
- Analyze test data to improve robustness and yield
- Work closely with manufacturing, supply chain, and R&D teams
