Requirements
Must:
• 3+ years hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry and/or AIP
• Excellent communication skills across technical and business stakeholders
• Solid understanding of data modelling, ontologies, and decision tooling
• Experience leading delivery of technical projects in complex environments
• Strong engineering background (e.g. Python, Spark, TypeScript)
Nice to have:
• Experience in financial services (banking, insurance, fintech) or Consulting • Background in building custom tools or reusable components on top of Foundry/AIP • Familiarity with enterprise-scale data integration and operational workflowsResponsibilities
• Lead the design and build of end-to-end workflows in Foundry, from raw data ingestion to decision tools
• Own delivery of client projects, engaging directly with stakeholders at all levels
• Guide small technical teams through complex implementations
• Contribute to internal delivery standards, tooling, and engineering practices
• Help shape a modern, agile consulting model focused on real-world business impact
