Requirements
Must:
Strong Rust experience in systems or backend engineering.
Solid grasp of networking fundamentals (UDP, packet-level operations, routing, network integration).
Experience with performance optimization and low-level debugging.
Nice to have:
Experience with cryptography or blockchain-adjacent systems. Background in consensus, P2P networking, or protocol research. Familiarity with languages like Go, C++, or Python.Responsibilities
Design and maintain low-latency, high-throughput systems.
Build and refine networking components and protocol-level code.
Improve performance, reliability, and fault tolerance across services.
Collaborate with researchers and engineers to shape architecture.
Debug complex distributed-system issues in production.
