Requirements
Must:
3+ years of software engineering experience
Minimum 2 years of hands-on development in Rust
Working knowledge of the Ethereum ecosystem and EVM-based environments
Nice to have:
Experience with Solana VM and Rust based smart contracts Background in building or contributing to DeFi protocols or crypto-native toolsResponsibilities
Design and implement backend services and tooling using Rust
Collaborate with strategy developers to integrate onchain financial logic
Develop and maintain connectors interfacing with smart contract systems
Contribute to architectural decisions and help shape technical direction
