Requirements
Must:
- Academic background in Computer Science, Digital Business
- Solid understanding of AI applications (e.g., GenAI, automation, intelligent assistants)
- Experience with product validation methods such as MVPs, user feedback loops, or prototype testing
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Affinity for agile and iterative methods (e.g., Design Thinking, Lean Startup)
- Fluent in German; confident English communication
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with NLP, text classification, chatbots - Experience in health-related digital ecosystems - Background in product management for data-driven SaaS productsResponsibilities
- Drive exploration, design and delivery of new AI-powered product ideas
- Translate emerging technologies into usable, customer-relevant features
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on concept validation and experimentation
- Support the operationalization of prototypes and work closely with tech and UX
- Share AI & innovation knowledge across the team to foster digital capability
