Requirements
Must:
● 10+ years of strong programming experience (independent of language)
● Advanced expertise in designing frontend platforms including mobile, web, SDKs & micro-frontends
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills
● Ability to lead and influence technical direction across multiple (international) teams
● Significant experience in Banking/FinTech, preferably Neobanks
Responsibilities
● Define and evolve frontend architecture across web & mobile (web-based)
● Design scalable multi-tenant / white-label systems
● Establish engineering standards
● Lead cross-team design for high-availability distributed systems
