Requirements
Must:
• 5+ years of DevOps experience, of which 5+ years in a leadership role
• Strong expertise in cloud-native architectures and large-scale distributed environments
• Deep understanding of Kubernetes, Docker, and microservices orchestration
• Hands-on experience in managing decentralized and distributed systems
• Strong knowledge of security best practices, compliance frameworks, and disaster recovery strategies
• Experience in managing decentralized and distributed systems, ideally with exposure to blockchain-based infrastructures
Nice to have:
• Previous experience in high-performance distributed computing environments • Background in hybrid cloud architecture • AWS Certified Solution ArchitectResponsibilities
• Lead and scale a global DevOps team in a high-growth environment
• Architect, deploy, and optimize large-scale, cloud-native infrastructure
• Oversee the development and maintenance of decentralized systems, ensuring high availability and security
• Drive CI/CD automation, streamlining deployments across complex environments
• Implement DevSecOps best practices and security automation strategies
• Work closely with engineering, security, and product teams to enhance DevOps processes
