Requirements
Must:
• Must already be based in Zurich, Switzerland
• Background in scientific research, ideally with exposure to AI or machine learning topics
• Fast learner with the ability to grasp new methodologies and technical concepts
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Nice to have:
• Prior experience in AI research (e.g. academic or industry projects) • Experience presenting at conferences or contributing to collaborative research • Practical mindset: balancing academic depth with real-world constraints • Willingness to support broader product or business-related tasks as neededResponsibilities
• Validate frameworks using real-world AI incidents and adapt them based on feedback
• Collaborate with product and technical teams to align research with data and customer needs
• Represent the team in internal discussions and external events such as conferences
