Requirements
Must:
• 6+ years of hands-on Java development experience
• 3+ years working on full-stack, multi-channel digital products
• Proven experience leading and mentoring engineering teams (up to ~10 engineers)
• Strong understanding of scalable microservices architectures (Kubernetes-based environments)
Nice to have:
• Experience with ReactJS and modern front-end ecosystems • Background in secure, high-availability digital platforms • Exposure to NodeJS or mobile hybrid/native technologies (React Native, Swift, Kotlin) • Experience in white-labelled or multi-tenant platform environments • Strong background in production operations and supportResponsibilities
• Lead and develop a cross-functional engineering squad, fostering ownership and delivery excellence
• Define and execute the team’s technical vision in alignment with business objectives
• Ensure reliable, secure, and scalable system architecture
• Drive full lifecycle delivery: design, implementation, deployment, and operational support
• Collaborate closely with product and leadership teams on scope, prioritization, and capacity planning
• Promote strong engineering standards including code reviews, shared design discussions, and best practices
• Provide clarity around trade-offs, risks, and technical decisions
