Requirements
Must:
Proven track record as a CTO or in a similar senior technology leadership role
Experience leading large-scale tech teams (100+ people), ideally across geographies
Strong technical foundation in AI/ML, enterprise systems, and scalable architecture
Demonstrated ability to align tech strategy with business goals in high-growth environments
Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Nice to have:
Experience in pre-IPO or investor-backed scale-ups Background in publishing, research, or content-rich digital platforms Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools Advanced certifications in AI/ML or tech leadership Experience managing outsourced operations or international delivery hubsResponsibilities
Lead the companyβs technology, AI, and product strategy through its next phase of growth
Own and evolve the technology roadmap, aligning with future innovation and customer value
Oversee a multi-disciplinary tech organisation including Engineering, Product, IT, and Innovation teams
Ensure operational excellence and security across all platforms and services
Spearhead AI-driven transformation projects across customer and publishing experiences
Build, develop, and inspire a global tech team with a collaborative, high-performance culture
Manage international operations, including an outsourced delivery centre in South Asia
Collaborate closely with the CEO and executive team on strategic direction and growth planning
