Requirements
Must:
Lead & Grow: Proven ability to lead and mentor an agile team in a distributed/cross-site setup.
Java Mastery: Deep knowledge of Java and the JVM, with extensive Spring Boot experience.
Modern Infrastructure: Practical experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
Communication: Fluency in (Swiss) German and English is mandatory for stakeholder management.
Quality Mindset: Strong focus on engineering standards and 'clean code' culture.
Nice to have:
Background in Finance or Wealth Management. Experience with Elasticsearch and messaging systems. Familiarity with reactive programming. Experience building secure products from scratch.Responsibilities

Technical Ownership: Own the codebase, tech stack, and full application lifecycle.
Development: High-quality backend development for client-facing wealth management tools.
DevOps: Drive CI/CD automation, monitoring, and operational excellence.
