Requirements
Must:
• 3+ years of professional experience developing and deploying machine learning models
• Strong Python programming skills with clean, modular, production-ready code
• Experience with large language models, orchestration, and multi-agent frameworks (e.g. LangGraph)
• Solid understanding of ML system design, including integration with real-world software infrastructure
Nice to have:
• Background in natural language understanding • Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud environments (ideally AWS) • Experience working in fast-paced, lean product teams • Interest in building ML solutions that integrate with complex real-world enterprise systems • Previous work with multi-agent coordination or real-time decision architecturesResponsibilities
• Design and implement AI solutions for complex use cases including LLM orchestration and hybrid human-AI collaboration
• Research and prototype novel approaches in areas like agentic coordination, intent understanding, and knowledge grounding
• Deploy scalable, production-grade systems that integrate across a wide range of enterprise platforms
• Collaborate closely with MLOps and engineering teams to ensure secure, high-performance system delivery
• Iterate quickly based on user feedback and real-world performance to deliver measurable business impact
