Requirements
Must:
3+ years of software engineering experience with strong Python backend development
Hands-on experience building and shipping LLM-powered applications in production environments
Practical experience with RAG systems (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and agent-based multi-step AI workflows
Experience with cloud platforms including at least one production deployment; solid REST API design skills
At least B2-level German skills.
Nice to have:
Experience scaling AI systems to multi-tenant SaaS products Familiarity with Kubernetes or Infrastructure as Code (e.g. Terraform)Responsibilities
Design and implement RAG pipelines with semantic search, vector databases, and multi-agent orchestration
Integrate multiple LLM providers (e.g. Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock) and develop prompt engineering strategies
Build REST APIs and contribute to multi-tenant SaaS architecture design and deployment decisions
Implement monitoring, observability, and security/compliance requirements for AI components in a regulated industry

You'll have end-to-end ownership over a product transitioning from internal tool to customer-facing SaaS — working directly with product management and end customers.
