Requirements
Must:
β Strong background in AI and Machine Learning, particularly in applying AI to business or legal workflows.
β Hands-on experience developing or integrating AI solutions for document automation, contract analysis, or data retrieval.
β Ability to communicate complex AI concepts to non-technical professionals and align AI initiatives with business strategy.
β Familiarity with large language models (LLMs), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and AI-powered workflow optimization.
β A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a passion for driving digital transformation and strong stakeholder management skills.
Nice to have:
πΉ Strong preference for candidates based in Bratislava, Budapest, Prague or Vienna. πΉ Understanding of natural language processing (NLP), prompt engineering, or knowledge graphs. πΉ Experience working with enterprise IT systems and integrating AI solutions into workflows. πΉ Background in legal tech, professional services, or AI ethics and compliance. πΉ Experience leading AI implementation projects from research to deployment.Responsibilities

π‘ Design and run training sessions to ensure teams can leverage AI effectively.
π‘ Monitor emerging trends in AI and legal technology, representing the company in industry discussions.
