Requirements
Must:
Educational Background: A solid foundation in computer science.
Proven Experience: Extensive experience as a full-stack developer with a strong focus on backend technologies (Python preferred) and familiarity with front-end frameworks (React, Angular).
DevOps Proficiency: Expertise in Shell Scripting, CI/CD pipelines, Cloud services (AWS, Azure), Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), Server Provisioning, and Monitoring & Alerting techniques.
Technical Skills: A good understanding of networking, databases, backup strategies, and disaster recovery scenarios to support robust and scalable applications. Experience with GenAI pipelines is a plus.
Team Player: An open-minded, solution-oriented team player who thrives in collaborative environments.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills in English, German is a plus. Capable of interacting effectively with clients and team members alike.
Currently, we are only hiring in Switzerland (with preference for Zurich, as our clients are mostly based in Zurich)
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain state-of-the-art AI applications such as LLM-driven Agents and co-pilots.
Take charge of developing, optimizing, and automating our builds, deployments, testing, and monitoring.
Own the design, implementation, and smooth operation of both production and development environments.
Engage in mentorship within our multicultural team, sharing insights, and learning from peers.
Enjoy the autonomy to bring your innovative ideas to life, implementing them into projects that can reshape the industry.
