Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in computer engineering, security engineering, or a relevant field.
- Masters degree from an engineering school is a plus.
- Sound experience with Data Loss Prevention (DLP) solutions and best practices.
- Strong interest in IT security, continuous learning, secure engineering practices, and threat modeling.
- Strong knowledge of Azure cloud, Microsoft 365 services, and hybrid cloud services.
- Excellent command of automation, scripting, Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) principles, and common software architecture patterns.
- Proficient in networking protocols and technologies.
- Highly analytical and rigorous, with a solution-oriented mindset and strong autonomy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Highly versatile and able to adapt to diverse technical contexts.
- Fluency in English and French.
- Residence in Switzerland or willingness to relocate.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain security solutions.
- Conduct and/or contribute to security projects.
- Assess and improve the security hardening of enterprise solutions.
- Participate in alert and incident response reviews and propose improvement actions.
- Propose new security solutions and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop security workflows and automate recurring tasks.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, procedures, incident reports, and security requirements.
- Contribute to enforcing robust security tools and secure coding practices in development.
- Educate staff on best practices related to IT security.
