Requirements
Must:
- Master en informatique avec spécialisation en IA, Machine Learning et Data analytics suivi dans lune des universités polytechnique suisse.
- Première expérience professionnelle ou stage significatif dans le développement applicatif, le reporting ou les outils documentaires.
- Computer Vision : Maîtrise des LLM/VLM appliqués aux documents (RAG, extraction visuelle, compréhension de mise en page).
- Expérience en détection danomalies documentaires (contrôles visuels, cohérence sémantique, règles métier).
- Maîtrise des langages de programmation Java et Python.
- Expérience en LLM engineering : fine tuning, quantization, RAG (LangChain/LangGraph), et orchestration (LlamaIndex).
- Connaissance du framework de développement dapplication web Angular.
- Expérience conteneurs (Dockers / Kubernetes) et DevOps.
- Expérience pratique des méthodologies Agile, Scrum est un plus.
- Maîtrise courante du français et de langlais.
- Excellente communication à lécrit comme à loral.
- Bon esprit danalyse et capacité dabstraction pour identifier et expliciter les problèmes.
- Capacité à donner et recevoir du feedback constructif.
- Grande autonomie.
- Domicilié en Suisse ou disposé à vous y établir.

- Contribuer aux développements de nos applications de gestion de contenu et de la production/distribution des documents.
