Requirements
Must:
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Führung von Teams im ICT-Support oder Serviceumfeld.
- Stark in Organisation, Priorisierung und operativer FĂĽhrung.
- Klare Kommunikation und sicheres Auftreten im Umgang mit Stakeholdern.
- Hands-on, lösungsorientiert und belastbar.
- Gute Kenntnisse im IT-Service-Management, idealerweise nach ITIL.
Responsibilities
- Du fĂĽhrst und koordinierst das Service Desk und Support-Team (Remote- und Onsite-Support, Service Requests).
- Du prioritierst Anfragen, steuerst Eskalationen und sicherst die Servicequalität.
- Du entwickelst Abläufe und Standards weiter, etwa für Incidents, Requests, On- und Offboarding oder Berechtigungen.
- Du verbesserst Services durch Standardisierung, Knowledge Management und Automatisierung.
- Du pflegst den Austausch mit Fachbereichen, Management und externen Partnern.
- Du steuerst den externen Servicedesk fĂĽr die 24/7-Telefonannahme und entwickelst Prozesse weiter.
