Requirements
Must:
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als ICT-Fachmann/-frau, Informatiker/in Systemtechnik bzw. Betriebsinformatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation sowie idealerweise Erfahrung in Support und Betrieb
- Ausgewiesene Kenntnisse in Microsoft-Technologien (Windows Server, Windows Client, O365, AD)
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Teamplayer mit Freude an der selbstständigen Arbeit in einem dynamischen Umfeld
- Wille Neues zu lernen und Herausforderungen flexibel anzupacken
- Umgängliche Persönlichkeit mit hoher Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
- Fahrausweis Typ B
Responsibilities
- Installation und Betreuung von Clients, Peripheriegeräten und mobilen Endgeräten
- First-Level-Support und Mitarbeit im Helpdesk
- Betreuung, Wartung und Ausbau der ICT-Systeme
- Planung und DurchfĂĽhrung von Windows-Clients-Rollouts
- Softwarebereitstellung fĂĽr Windows-Clients (MS Intune / SCCM)
- Mitarbeit in Projekten zur EinfĂĽhrung neuer Systeme und Applikationen

Wir, die Hauptabteilung Informatik, sind das zentrale Kompetenz- und Servicezentrum für Informatik für die Verwaltungen des Kantons und der Gemeinden, die Schulen, die Kantonspolizei, die Gerichte und weitere Kunden aus dem öffentlich-rechtlichen Umfeld. Wir suchen eine/n Informatiker/in – ICT-Supporter/in 100 % per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung mit Arbeitsort in Glarus. Wir bieten ein dynamisches Umfeld und die Möglichkeit, in einem engagierten Team Verantwortung zu übernehmen.
